Lemken zirkon 12 not leaving a level finish.

We have upgraded to a 5m zirkon 12 from a zirkon 10 5m power Harrow.

The old machine left a very level finish however the new model does not. We have tried almost everything; Adjusting leveling boards and packer roller depth slowing and spreading up the machine but nothing seems to change it from leaving a nice level job. Always seems to level a hollow on the edges and centre of machine. Even if it does seem to look good, once the ground settles or we roll it down it’s quite rough to drive across.

Has anyone else had this same issue? Any help would be great. The Local dealer seems to know nothing.
Our next move will be to change the direction the beds spin.

Don't know this machine but surely all ph will level the soil by dragging enough soil to keep all the tines in soil and a small bow wave of soil in front of the tines, make sure the leveling board is set deep enough and behind the tines.

Sorry probably granny sucking eggs there, does the box have a reverse gear or how big a job will it be to reverse direction. On our machine the outside tines are throwing soil out against the side plates, check that's what yours does before reversing and that the side plates are deep enough to hold that soil in.
