Open it right up and shut it a few times then check!
If that doesn’t work it may need adjusting, have done our 420 but needed the book as there’s a right way of doing it.
Check ours every couple of seasons.

On my lexion 430 I am sure the actual concave gap is bigger than is shown on the cebis screen. Can anyone advise how I get them back into sync please?

It probably is wrong if it's not been set up for many seasons.
They came wrong from the factory as a rule, we always set them on PDI, or at least checked they were correct.
Now it's 20 years since I worked on lexions so can't remember the exact settings, they should be in the op manual though.
First though get in with an air line & screwdriver, clean out the slots where the concave lifts up & down, just in case it's got a bit of dust packed in.
The cebis is supposed to lift the concave right up & down every so often to eliminate this problem so it maybe alright.
Anyway you then set height on the cebis to whatever it says in the manual, check the gap on the relevant concave bar to the drum rasp bar, if it's incorrect adjust it manually & I generally used a drill bit of the correct size to check the gap, turn the drum to find the highest rasp bar of course & set the gap to the highest bar.
Once you've got it set lift the concave fully up & turn the drum by hand to make sure it's not catching.
Lift the concave up & down a few times & recheck gap, again on the highest rasp bar.
