Bought a lexion 595 a few years back and have had good luck with it. Just passed the 1700 working hours so have changed out the cylinder and impeller to a sunnybrook upgrade. Also considering Zaps on the aps to smooth out the flow to the cylinder. Are lexion user running stock guts or changing the internals to their preference. Have also ordered laser cut key stock for welding to the rotor grate to help with separation in heavier straw crops. They are supposed to make the straw mat hop a little and part to allow trapped grain to escape. Any and all comments and advice welcome.
