Lighting Layout

I want to add some lights to a shed that currently only has one 50W LED flood so I can see in the dark but lots of shadows.

It is used for grain storage at harvest then general use and lambing pens rest of the year.

3 15 foot bays and approx 50 deep, height is tall enough to tip a 11t trailer.

I want enough light to make life better but not loads of shadows being cast..........was thinking about 2 or 3 lights shining into the middle?

And then there is the type of light, simple LED floods or LED strip lights?

A twin LED batten high up in the centre of each bay, £30 each from Screwfix at the moment.

Roughly the equivalent of a 500w Halogen flood in each bay, but with better light diffusion. Can go smaller if that’s too bright, or you don’t like wearing sunglasses.

Electrician out today to measure up and dicuss ideas

Have opted for 80w floods that pump out just under 7,000 lumens.

Will put a couple of pairs facing each other and slightly staggered so should avoid too many shadows.
