Lighting the farm sign

Looking to light our farm sign for evening/late visitors and deliveries.
No power next to entrance, so going 12v. Thinking a small/motobike battery and small solar panel tucked behind the hedge (but getting good sun during the day) and then some LED lights.

Anyone got any good ideas for the lights themselves, either with day/night sensot built in or i could source separately. Don't want PIR as the point is it's lit when dark
Can't see much that isn't designed for garden paths or run off mains

Just though of the trouble, when the pikeys visit for scrap they will see the other side of the roadside hedge, they've not taken the couple of fencing batts they must have seen already but don't want to chance my arm
