I have a 40ft x 75 x 15 cattle/grain shed I need to light. Any idea what lights would be suitable, they have to be combinable crops assurance compatible.

Depends on the amount light you want, say 50 Lux just enough to get about and say read a prescription bottle would need 2 rows of 3 IP66 Samsung Four foot Led Strip Lights, and for manoeuvring machinery to Health and Safety HSG38 you would need about 150 Lux ( same as a warehouse for fork lifts) you need 3 rows of 3 of the five foot led strip lights.
They meet the assurance as there is no glass ,these are all polycarbonate and have a high impact rating, you could hit these with a 5kg weight with no problem the polycarbonate also has flame resistant additives. See attached light plans and data sheet

we have a 60ft x 90ft cattle building I was wanting to light, enough to see around stock comfortably.

after reading this thread would a 54W corn lamp be about right per every 30ft square?
ie 6 for the whole building?

my original thinking was led floodlights in every 15ft bay, 1 towards the back facing forewards 1 towards the front facing back? so 6 units at 50w?
