Limejump problems

Hi Guys,
Any of you have your PPA with Limejump?
All the self bill invoices from Feb on are estimated/wrong (import also probably).
Have been trying to contact them and get things sorted, but phone calls don't seem to get any results, email neither.

They blame covid, but our meter is a half hourly and automatically read remotely.
Spoke to the meter data collector and they told me there is no missing data for this year at all, all data is actual, present and correct.
Therefore invoices should be auto generated with the above data and be correct, shouldn't they?

Every month passes and another wrong invoice comes, so I'm out of pocket every month...
Pretty annoyed with it all...
What's to be done about sorting it out...
Chris

Ditto. Only consolidation is that's June, the turbine isn't that busy, and the export is worth damn all, so the error is probably not that big.

I think I'll have to go over to the fit export tariff, even though I only qualify for the lower one (3.8?), as things are unlikely to change. That might mean returning to opus where my fit still sits.

I have similar problems re customer service our meter went off and had no reading import or export in early January WPD took ages to get me price to change it (It was ours not rented ) , then lock down hit so it didn't get changed till may .
I emailed lime jump customer service mid may to try and resolve it, we have generation figures from generation meter and as its solar and i'm on a flat rate the 1/2 hrly export should not matter (Dont export when dark) and we can estimate our usage form bills same time last year so not impossible to resolve you would think we buy our energy from opus they are estimating our usage.
But no reply from limejump, I spoke to someone last week who was going to open a support request after I rang them and she called me back two days later but then said there was already a one open from my may email but it seems no one is doing anything about it !!!

The upshot of it is Lime jump are at the moment at least are pretty useless

Yup, that's been my experience of the company over the last couple of months. I don't really like to have a go at anyone without knowing the full facts but it gets pretty frustrating when you can't even get them to respond to e-mails or pick up the phone. In short, we left them, but I received an e-mail yest telling me our PPA had in fact expired and would I like to discuss the year going forward? Needless to say my e-mail back to that particular person was choice.

Yup im missing a month of data from last year. Been trying to sort it since Dec last year and they have been downright bloody useless. Still on step 0. Will be leaving as soon as my contract is up in a few months. They really have gone to crap lately.

Lime jump didn't create a good impression when we looked at moving from OPUS 11 months ago - In the Event we went with F&S who still seem to be on top of the job and put us on the FIT EXPORT rate as part of a tracker agreement as soon as it made sense - I hadn't even heard about it before but it is at 5.5 p for our approx. 400,000 kWh of production.
