Livestock building- is my budget ok

For a 100x 40 x15 livestock special
Erected with rubble floor & concrete I don’t of feed barrier .

Is 30k in the right area ?

Building are circa 20k (with panels) delivered

Just trying to put a budget together

I was working on £4 per square foot for the tin, a quid to put it up. £100 per footing - cube of concrete plus digger. Groundwork depending on site.

You’d not be far off, depending on how you are fitting it out inside and how much you pay for builders, I built a 120x40 last year and it was around £35k, took 80 cube of concrete which bumped the price up a bit
