Livestock farmers unite, we have a PROBLEM!!!!

I’d be surprised if Janet’s handle isn’t just an access name for the body of people making the decisions. Tbh watching spencer telling the House of Lords or some group everything was going totally to plan afew months back made me chuckle much like an all out advance over the minefield at night but hey what do I know

She is a real person, I don't know much about her but there was another Janet Hughes who fought against the FM cull in 2021, so maybe it's case of mistaken identity

Let's say Janet is a vegan. So f@cking what. Show me any evidence you want that ELMS is anti-livestock farming. On the contrary, there's going to be huge incentives for large arable enterprises to introduce grazing to their mix. Which may well be anti-upland, and anti-small, but anti-meat ? Nah.

A quick bit of Googling reveals there is indeed a Janet Hughes at Defra

Seriously. This thing wants making inaccessible to the public. Embarrassing.

Perhaps, perhaps not.

It is a reflection of the concerns of some UK farmers in response to HMG cavalier policy.

Should have been nipped in the bud many months if not years ago.

If people can be motivated to form Co-ops it would be a great thing.
