I guess “ prime “ i had some a while ago with holden genetics and its was outstanding beautiful, in usa hereford angus usually prime .

calf birth No 6 got a bit complicated with "O" suffering a prolapsed uterus during labour, vet came and did a pretty good job, heres hoping she doesnt get an infection. she is in the yards with baby so we can keep an eye on her now,

out today in a wee wet paddock beside the house. Luck that either is still standing. Though see came back to AI so not due till tomorrow but went out last Sunday morning and she had calved on slats and done the splits. Got here out into passageway and she lay till Monday evening, I put strap on legs and she was up the next morning so I will take her in tomorrow to take it off and hopefully that's it. A nice Ch heifer calf
