Livestock trailer

Ive been thinking about making an offer on a 24ft container sat on an ex lorry chassis. 10stud axles ect but no suspension. Farmer said it travels fine he's done a lot of miles with it and it looks strong. Does no suspension matter or leave it? Cheers

Thought suspension was a legal requirement for livestock trailer?
Open to correction however.

Rocking beams are legal, I'm not sure if that is classed as suspension or not.
