Bad form to hold a fish like that. Makes a good photo shot. But should be collected out of the water in a soft landing net and then cradled while hook removed. That picture tells me a lot about Vlad. Ignorance and/or lack of empathy. Hey ho.

Pfft

He‘s Vlad the Impaler … and don’t you forget it

Oh dear, former Australian prime minister Paul Keating reckons Liz Truss is demented. Welcome to the club. :ROFLMAO:

Wait till Mr. Keating, sees @Danllan on the nine o‘clock, announcing the signing of CONZUK, where inevitably Australia and all the other cousins, will once again know their place.

You seem to think everything will end up like your EU, wherein the French and Germans are in charge of the rest of you. How odd... but not entirely unexpected. :)

Certainly don’t expect to be run by a collection of inebriated clowns, attending what appears like endless parties, who don’t know that they are at parties….
It‘s like a veritable debs ball attended by Peppa Pig, Miss Piggy, Kermit, Postman Pat, all entertained by Mr. Magoo himself….

Whereas you seem to think everything for the UK is better outwith the EU....
Mmm
How very false but not unexpected.
No, and I have never written so. I do think that much is, and everything can be better, and I believe it will in time. I am pretty sure, regardless of what you may write, that you would never admit something better even if you thought it was...

I have no problem with HMG Ministers using government planes, especially the most senior ones who very often need immediacy and privacy.

I do dislike the hypocrisy of Labour, no Tory government has ever left the coffers in as poor a state at they have every time. Spending everything and more on vital projects such as supporting - I sh!t you not - ethnic minority Lesbians for unilateral disarmament. What was that oh so honest note left by Liam Byrne when he was Chief Secretary to the treasury...? = 'I'm afraid there is no money.'

And yet,the tories have managed to double the national debt during the last ten years to over two trillion pounds. And they managed to do it before covid hit. I dread to think what it is now. Just had a look and it’s expected to rise by another trillion pounds due to covid. This doesn’t smack of a party taking fiscal responsibility seriously. As the adverts say “ every little helps” so half a million for a trip to Australia sounds a little bit OTT.
