Location in profile

managed to post avatar pic. can't remember how.
how do i post location?

Top right above the search function,

hover over your name, it'll bring a box up

click on 'personal details'

halfway down the page or so gives you the location box

Type and save.

Can this please be a compulsory field? Would it be possible to add a drop down box with county and/or Regional options ? Must be a widget that gives options that would include other countries, also.

We can make it compulsory, but it is a little more difficult than I thought so maybe not an immediate priority.

For now I have put a message on that will hopefully encourage members to put a location on (and then they can dismiss the notice).
