Anyone have an idea how many head spaces your likely to get for heifers likely 3-400kg in a 15ft bay? trying to make some plans and no point trying to get more cubicles in that yokes

We had 2 like this once, sadly one hung itselfI'm sold on the jourdain yolks after seeing this pic off a friend. He got them out Without too much botherI think [emoji85]
We use the standard Jourdain yokes for our heifers. I assume for AI?
10 spaces/15’
Plenty. Ours are in cubicles, but 7ft passage allows enough room for myself or heifers to pass behind them whilst they're locked in. 12ft will be more than adequateThinking about putting some locking yokes for heifers. Had quote for 8 places in 15ft barrier. Plan a straw yard with a scrapped passage fenced off in front on yokes if that make sense. Trying to work out how wide the passage needs to be so can ai heifers in yokes and so heifers can move around if shut in passage. Would 12ft be enough?
You sure? The best number/length ratio I can see on the jourdain website for 15ft is 8 spaces, and this is for the heifer sized ones?We use the standard Jourdain yokes for our heifers. I assume for AI?

I thought i'd missed out on 2 extra animals per run!! As a tip for anyone buying, as Rick says, you can adjust the heifer yokes to open so much that they easily accommodate adults - which is a way of fitting more adults in per run than with the 'adult'yokesNo .. I cocked up. It's 10 spaces in a 20' bay. You can adjust the "squeeze" on a Jourdain to allow for smaller animals but the mechanism stays the same
Apologies to anyone who took me at my word.
