Hi All,
I have used the search function and can see that metal detecting has become a bit frowned upon due to unscrupulous detectorists' with no regard for the farmer or their land.
All i am asking for is to have a conversation with any farmers and or land owners local to Swindon / Wiltshire area who would be willing to discuss metal detecting on their property.
A bit of a back round on me, i have inherited my late fathers metal detector and i am part of a local and respected group in swindon. I have the NCMD insurance and know how to correctly plug a hole.
