Looking for contractor to build underground slatted floor

Dear all,
Can anybody recommend a reliable contractor to build an underground slurry storage tank with a slatted floor above.
West Wales area.
Plenty of people available to erect the shed but having trouble finding somebody to do the concrete work.

I would certainly recommend Pryce ...............if you can get him, he does tend to have a lot of work on
