looking for permission for rabbiting (pest control)

My name is Gary I'm 34 years of age and looking for permission to rabbit and take care of pigeonson land that farm owners own with my son. we take away all rubbish that could have been left on the property. we use only air rifles. we live in West Yorkshire and don't mind travelling in that area and maybe just a bit out.
