Looking for sole metal detecting permission! everything is recored and shared with the landowner without fail.

Hi, I will be fully honest and say that I managed to gain a farm permission and it was going very well at the start, I decided to also get a friend permission ( a mistake I wont make again). We went in on a verbal agreement between friends to share any treasure of anything of significant value but when a bit of gold was found the agreement seem to disappear, now 4 others have gained permission from being told where and who to ask and it is now a bit of a free for all with finds not being reported to the land owner that I was shown on there phones as they were showing off about finding silver and gold but I have no proof so I have had to leave it. I like to record all finds of interests locations in order to understand where paths and structures are long gone but cannot on this permission now due to this.

I am extremely honest and share anything above £25 with all finds photo's emailed with map location for the land owner and any items valued before any selling is agreed. I spend 10 hours at a time when I am out detecting and put my heart and soul into finding history, my dream s to find a museum piece that I can take my kids and eventually grandchildren to see. I have many sterling references from all previous permissions to vouch for good conduct with digging and finds, I have also have BMDC metal detecting club which I am a member that will also vouch for my character. The 2 people I respect the most in the metal detecting community would be more then happy to ensure of good character (DAN MACKAY) From Extreme relic hunting magazine and (Julian Evan-Hart) from Treasure hunter magazine.
I have earned there respect through good conduct, a friendly and respectful attitude and true love for the hobby. If you would prefer to know everything that comes out from your land and always get your share then please contact me, I am in the Essex area but will travel
