Hi
I am looking to purchase some land in Surrey approx 6 acres upward. The land is to be used for fish farming so it needs to be close to a water source and clay soil. No gas pipes running through it or large overheard masts.
Road frontage or access off a track or lane is preferred. Ideal area would be Reigate and Banstead or tandridge but would consider further afield. Ideally not in a conservation area or area of outstanding national beauty etc
