Lose lamb

Hi all
I can hear a lamb in a local field calling for its Mum
It’s managed to somehow get itself a couple of fields away from the rest of the flock
I don’t know whose sheep they are to ring to let the farmer know
It’s really distressed and don’t really want to leave it running round the field but it’s getting dark and I don’t want to stress the flock

Any suggestions
