lOWER STOMACH PAINS ETC

Last night couldn't put up with this and went to bed by 8 pm . This morning after having a restless night feel like crap achy knees stomach pains and feel like i have a energy level of about 10 % of normal.

Cannot really help:cautious: but there are a lot of nasty bugs going around at the moment that really knock you out. Feeling hot and cold, nasty cough, absolutely no energy etc. and taking a long time to recover from.

Don't think it can be appendicitis with achy knees:oops: but if you have a high 'pain threshold' it might be worth looking at the symptoms.

endless really....aching is a sign of an oncoming illness. Stomach bug, flu, tonsils, run down, stress, IBS, poor eating etc. Lower stomach is usually the bowel so could be IBS, constipation, general upset tummy....
