Hose to the track motor burst on my 6ton machine a couple of weeks back, was chaffing on the frame of the machine. Lost the entire tank of oil. £50 for the new hose, £50 to send the boy off to pick it up and 3 drums of grade 46 to full the tank at £96 a drum(all I could get locally). So near £400 just from one tiny repair.

If you're reading this and want to become a contractor, don't, go do something else...

Seems pretty steep, vat in top of the 96 as well
