got a rotabroach panther and it seems ok, done all Ive asked of it.
magdrill.com are who dealt with they have a few packages and the guy seems ok on the phone.
only thing mine is reluctant to eject the "slug" and you have to ease it with a pen knife. different sizes pop out better.

cant recommend any ,...the one i have is on the second page and 400 £ more you want to spend
if you have Morse tapper drills ,..make sure it has Morse tapper,....some dont
and the load RPM goes down slow,..very easy to snap cutters if going to fast

mine is the best work shop buy ,..i have ever bought at over 15 years old now

Another rotabroach panther here.

Bought it three years ago when I was fitting out the internals of a new cattle shed.

I wouldn't be able to guess at how many thousands of holes it's been used for since.

Variable speed on it has meant the larger cutters have never been burned.

Very highly recommended.

I have a panther as well but used to have a Jancy mini beast, smaller and more compact than panther but much better quality and as powerful, although on paper panther is more powerful in practice it is not. Also the variable speed right down is a comparable speed to jancy and still really a bit fast IMO My money would be on the jancy, also a better steel storage box than panther plastic thing which is huge.

can drill two at a time,......but have to take out the slug out on the first piece of steel then carry on
then put a bolt in and bolt up then do holes for second bolt

An evolution here to have drilled thousands of holes but it's just one speed. I normally take some of the soluble cutting oil from the band saw to lube the cutter and it wipes off easier and doesn't help the swarf stick like neat cutting oil.
