There will be a list of stuff, bunds etc, one thing that is seldom mentioned is a anti condensation coating on the ceiling, worth every penny. Most container suppliers will do that for you, as well as provide a suitable secure lock.
Ive got an insulated 20ft shipping container and use it as chemical store, as stated just put a lip in the front of it, being insulated it was already sealed so worked out fine, chemicals don't freeze so its perfect

I bought a shipping 20ft shipping container, resprayed it and painted floor with an industrial paint to seal it. No lip on the floor to trip over but it is angled back away from the doors enough to hold plenty of chemical if spilled.
