Hello I rent buildings of a farmer that used to have cattle then packed up milking and sold all stock off I use the machine 3/4 times a week on average half hour at a time and I supply fuel. I do all maintenance and repairs the machine is 1988 model.What should I pay for use?

been paying £30 a week for 12 weeks but stopped paying now as cattle outside the wife Seams to think it’s not enough

I really would try and buy your own. Only because I’ve been on the receiving end of repair bills and they can mount up!

As above buy your own if something expensive fails you could end up with a massive bill and he then decides not to rent it to you after.

i would say for your use and an old machine assuming your maintaining it and putting fuel in it is ok
