Manitou size, we have a 627 and need a new one but now they make 629's wondered what everybody else has/had and if u like manitous or prefer branded telehandelers ie class or john deere

we have a 634 only had it since end of feb but done 1020 trouble free hours so far. is a 627 and 629 rear engine machines and what is the difference between the two from my limeted experiance i cant think of why you would want engine on the back

Demod manitous the last 2yrs, find them awful compared to our 03 JD 3400. Can't think what to replace it with. Only decent new one we've tried is Claas Scorpion.

I wouldn't touch Gordon Agri after the story I've just heard. At least check that the wiring to the pressure sensor is intact...:eek:

i cant think of why you would want engine on the back
We've got a 627. Got a rear engine one because they are narrower and more nimble, as getting in and out of our cattle pens is quite tight. I was driving a Merlo 32.6 for a few days this year at dung and much prefer the Manitou as the cab and joystick is a lot better, and the Manitou seems like it has more power. The Merlo was also slightly newer so it had the safety hydraulic lock which drove me mad!
