Manure cost for biogas power plant

Hello everyone, i am an university student in italy (please excuse me for my bad english) and i'm designing a power plant that includes the usage of manure as source of renewable energy for my final exam. I need information about manure prices in the USA and in UK and i would also like to know the differences between UK and USA prices. Thank to you all and have a nice day.

In the UK let us assume the manure (mainly slurry) is free and from the home source, however there is a disposal cost. This varies between three to five pounds per ton.

Also, the word ' Manure ' needs defined, as the CH4 (DM) potential varies greatly for different types (cow slurry, beef dry manure, poultry (layers) poultry (broilers) pig slurry, pig dry manure etc, etc, etc). therefore some can have a cost/ton.

In N.Ireland there is a lot of livestock and during the autumn/winter slurry is available free of charge if you are willing to haul it. I have never heard of money changing hands, even if destined for a biogas plant.
