Was t thought through was it. I know of someone who had a few relatives in council houses so he used their “rite to buy” and bought loads. So move along a bit, you still have tennants but now with private landlords instead of council houses.

Right I was born in 1986 thanks, my parents have friends who benefited from thatchers right to buy policy
