i think it was a fairly simple job, cant remeber now but rad stayed in, a cable tie was used i think. possibly a big cable tie around the rubber joint and loosen the pump move it forward and fit the belt over and feed it around the fins of the fan. long time ago, ours had a fit of beaking the key driving the pump in the coupling, then we turned down the release valve in the new spool bank.
 
well I kinda got there, I knew it was a difficult job as I did it 5yrs ago
bolts rounded off the doughnut ect, anything that could go wrong did still it's up and running but with only 5 of the 6 bolts in I managed to cross thread one due to the rubber going all misshaped once opened, very smart idea putting a spare belt in there I will defiantly do that next time. cheers all
