Massey 135 with loader Value please

I have been asked to give a valuation on a straight axle 135 fitted with loader. No power steering and with a fabric clad cab.
Genuine one owner tractor with straight bonnet and good fenders.
Good year rear tyres probably originals 70% good with a bit of perishing.
Been stored inside and would wash up good
Needs a battery and couple of front tyres - been fitted with old land rover tyres.
Personally I thought its worth £2750 perhaps a bit more or am I way out
Also a grey fergie Diesel with loader. Been stored inside but not used for probably 20 years.. Still got the 6 volt batteries with covers fitted - 4 flat tyres . Nice and straight but done alot of work. Is this 7-800

£5000+ for the 135 and maybe around £1000 for the TEF if the engine's turning.

Some years ago perhaps about 12 l sold a dexta with loader at a local collective auction. I put a reserve of
£700 when I entered it but on the
Morning of auction I reduced the reserve to £600 . A few lots before it was to be sold I cancelled reserve to let it go for what it makes as it was rough
It sold for £2500 and since then I find it difficult to value anything
