As the title - just wondering if it’s best to send my door away for repair, or to give one of the replacement doors a try, and what the quality /fit is like.

Where can the doors and other tin work be sourced at a reasonable price?
The cab on mine is getting pretty rough and would like to start this winter and give her a bit of a tidy up.
I don't know if it would be better to source a couple of second hand doors in fair condition and repair or buy new doors.
The cab heater hatch is in real bad shape and someone local said that there is fiberglass ones available.
Has anyone used them and are they a good solution?

Dont know about the heater hatch cover but replaced the wings with fiberglass ones from John Conatay the holes wernt perfect but close enough to get a good fit with a tidy with a round file and a big difference in the price.

My neighbour bought 2 new replacement doors for his 3085, I don’t know where he got them but there not a great fit and don’t close great, not that difficult to repair existing doors, the cab roof skin is a different matter, you can buy the sunroof and air con hatches but not the actual roof skin itself as far as I’m aware.

Great tractor years ago we wanted a good used one and couldn't find one so we bought nh6640 not a bad tractor but ended up swapping it for a 6150 which is a better tractor

This is an original door repaired on a 3070 3years ago, got the bottom refolded at an engineering works and the weld joint is behind the black plastic door handle cover, better than the replacement copies imo
