We have recently purchased a MF 135 4wd its a 1964, it has a unique canopy to it that some say could have been used as a vineyard tractor or even in New Zealand to stop it from rolling, also we are trying to establish the 4wd conversion could it be a Selene or Schindler
The frame looks like a home build, is there a plate on it at all? MF vineyard / narrow tractors used to come with a tubular frame but they were narrower at the rear than the front. Cant help with the axle, but someone will know.
Looks a very useable machine - nice and straight, very original. At first glance the frame does look homemade, but the fillets and angle bracing may suggest otherwise. I wouldn't have thought vineyard as the front axle is too wide.
When you get up a bit of speed, what note do you get from the open tubes?
