Massey Ferguson 165 engine rebuild please help!!

Hello to everyone!!!
My granddad has a Massey Ferguson 165 and he wants to kind of rebuild the engine.
I was looking for pistons,liners,bearings and gaskets in a website called angloparts but I am not sure which engine it is.
I’ve got some pictures that I can upload so please if someone can help will be great.

The engine is an A D 4 203 the same as a 65 mk 2 their are various between your 165 and a Coventry built one notably the steering and bonnet but as far as I am aware the engines were all UK made.

Have you looked at the Vintage Tractor Engineer web site lots of info on there.

I can quote genuine Perkins parts if you like

Go to your mf dealer and use them for engine parts
Because they should be able to get the correct parts
If you order online from generic pictures you can end up with the wrong items if your not confident in identifying the correct kit needed
