Massey Ferguson 6170 tractor

After 20 min of driving and getting the oil up to temp, I get the transmission oil filter warning light and lubricating pressure warning light. I have a low pressure gauge in the line and is shows 21 psi on the lubricating side. I have replaced the suction and high pressure filters. After the oil is hot the pressure drops to 15 psi on the low pressure lubrication system at 1000rpm.
any suggestions.

Oil pump on way out, once oil gets warmer itl put up less pressure than when cold
