@Makis Karagiannis I thought this was a boastful post and that the initial apostrophe had been forgotten in the excitement. I was going to reply 'Who didn't in their youth?' but, instead, agree with the above.

I've come across that name before, it's not common around here, are you by any chance a writer?

Sounds like the Greek ex finance minister, but having checked, his name is Yanis Varoufakis. They rhyme though. ?

Oil pressure warning for the engine is usually a picture of an oil can - is that not the transmission oil pressure or transmission oil level warning light?

Low transmission oil maybe why it wont shift from low to high?

Check there is oil in your transmission first.
Check the alternator belt and charging next.

What kind of tractor is it?

the red light at bottom right is low transmision oil pressure that is what is stopping everything working if you are lucky its the sensor that is broken . go under the tractor on the right hand side the plate where the oil filter is there is a row of solanoids the sensor is between the second and third solanoid down from the top

Check your transmission oil level first...... If its too low - then the light will come on. Its possible the solenoid is faulty - but go through the simple stuff first. Also - was the alternator light on before the oil pressure light came on - or did they both come on at the same time?

We need more info!
