As above small space heater worked ok last week but won’t ignite today plenty of gas by the way

Is there a spark when you press the clicker?

Can you smell gas when trying to light it?

With it all turned off, just look down the front of it and press the clicker, you should be able to see the bent electrode that lets the spark jump onto the burner in the middle.

No just an electrode like a bent bit of wire in a ceramic holder

Not usually.

Faults are either the ht lead rubbing through and shorting or the clicker not producing a spark.
But they usually feel funny.

So undo the screws holding the heater unit and look underneath thanks will look in morning
