Matbro TS300 Hydraulics stop working

Hi,

I've a Matbro TS300 for doing odd jobs around the farm. On the odd occasion I would loose all hydraulic control, all movement on the joystick, the stabiliser legs up & down, the chassis tilting and the third service but not the steering or the drive. If I go the the valve chest all movements will work manually with a spanner. If I keep lifting the handbrake up and down all controls eventually comes back working.
Lately this has become a nuisance and the machine is nearly unusable.
I'm looking for any advice as to what this could be. I'm thinking it has to be electrical given everything works manually at the valve chest so maybe a wiring diagram of the joystick and auxiliary switches would help me out alot, if there is one available.
I can't seem to find a workshop manual for a TS300 anywhere either, but given Matbro would have used many of the same parts across different models what is the closest to the TS300 from an electrical view?

Appreciate any help on this.

Thanks.

We had trouble with the handbrake switch sticking on our ts270 a few years ago and it needed a new switch, from memory it only cut the forward reverse drive out but it may do joystick on yours too? The seat switch also plays up now and again and cuts the joystick out so it may well be that, we just have to re adjust how you’re sitting on the seat or move the switch pad in the seat. Our cushion is badly worn though which doesn’t help.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for your reply. The handbrake switch seems to work ok. When the handbrake is on it does only cut the forward & reverse, the joystick stays working.
I had the seat out of the cab a while back to do some work on the heater matrix. I didn't see any wires going to the seat pad? If I had a wiring diagram for the circuit it would make things a lot easier to follow instead of going at it and pulling half the wiring loom out tracing wires.
