What's the difference between a SR-15 and a SR460? They are both the same width of cut and from the blurb the only difference I can see is the SR-15 is 100 kg heavier than the sr460.

460 can have more blade options on It. 6 or 9 blades on the 15 and 6, 9, 12 or 18 on the 460

SR15 is the same as Bomford and SR460 is the same as Spearhead. Thought they had stopped the SR15.

Think the spearhead has better quality gearboxes but we have a bomford and get on fine.

The “old” 460’s had Walter splitters and B&P centre and wing boxes.

The new ones are the funky flat profile deck, basically from their American subsidiary. Different boxes now too. But not demo’d one to find out more, as pushed back purchase to next season.
