Mcconnel hedge trimmer

I have a few queries about a new mcconnel hedge trimmer and wondered if anyone could help me out.
Firstly, on the motion controller with the short joystick, how do you adjust the head angle. I guess forwards/backwards/left/right is up/down/in/out, correct me if I'm wrong. I can't see how you adjust the head angle without taking you hand off the joystick which defeats the point of the joystick.

Also were thinking of getting a 1.6 meter head. Does anyone have one and know if there good or bad as worried about the extra wieght.

That would make sense if you did, I didn't think about that. I've only ever used one with cable controls

You turn the top of the joystick .
Have a 1.5 meter head on a McConnell 5455 the extra width is useful on a hedge but a disadvantage if you are cutting a grass verge on the side of the road as the tractor has to sit out further on the road.
It is a bit heavier depends what you are putting it on and level or steep ground. Mine is on a Claas Atos 350 well tyred and weights on front but some tricky ground. A toy compared to some tractors with hedgecutters on.

Yep as others have said,you twist the top...I went to a 1.6m head on my last one and wish I’d done it earlier,but as above it can be a pain on verges sometimes
