McConnel PA9058 Working Pressure

I've got a McConnel PA9058 and had to replace the hydraulic spool valve block which controls the movement of the arm and head as the old block had worn to the point it would pass oil in both directions simultaneously on the head tilt circuit.

Following installing the new block (supplied by Frank Alviti) the arm would not lift if the reach ram was fully extended and would not reach if the lift ram was fully extended. I put a pressure gauge on the reach line and it was only 1500psi. I turned the screw on the main relief valve one turn which increased the pressure to 2000psi. The arm now covers the full range of motion but is still slower than I would expect.

I can't find any references to what the pressure should be. Does anyone know what the operating pressure should be so I can set the relief valve appropriately? I would expect it to be somewhere between 2300 and 2700 psi but it would be nice to find some documentation from McConnel on this before I just have to guess.
