McCormick MC115 - whats it worth?

Having now seen it, tyres not as good as described, fronts more like 15%, rears 30-40%. Very clean, straight and tidy overall as described, only things I noticed were step needs straightening and a new mirror arm required. Bit tight going into gear but, cable operated change so possibly new cables required, clutch felt fine. Air seat on floor but probably just a wire broken or air piped rubbed through.

Any other opinions?

Thanks.

Gears are linkage. There is a pivot point on the cab which can seize or the ball joints on the linkage rods.
Have a look how much adjustment is left on the handbrake - Big job to replace.
