Can you swap the wires over between the f and r solenoids to see if it will still go forward with the shuttle in reverse position?
(Also assume you know it won't reverse if the range lever is in 4th?)

Yes I know about no reverse in 4th range thanks, I did try swapping the wires over before I changed the solenoid and nothing happened, haven't tried since I changed the solenoid though

Must be a switch or sensor to detect when it’s 4 th range .
Perhaps it’s faulty and it thinks it’s in 4th even though it isn’t .

When you put it in 4th range the reverse symbol in green on the dash stays illuminated!! 🤔only when the shuttle is in reverse though!

Hi all, just at the McCormick again, swapped the solenoid wires over and it will drive forwards with the shuttle lever in reverse position, disconnected the switch for the fourth range no reverse and still nothing, bridged the wires in the plug also and it shows the neutral symbol flashing as expected, am I to assume that it is the reverse pack burnt out? 🤔
Thanks Richard

No, haven't managed to locate a pressure gauge yet, what sort of pressure should it be? I assume that you test for the pressure on the port by the solenoids?
