McCormick XTX 215 transmission problems - ranges

Hi all,
we have problem with a McCormick XTX 215 XtraSpeed Plus E - we cant switch the ranges and my hope goes to the end. So a two years ago, we was not able to switch from 3rd range to the 4th one and the replacement of the wheel speed sensor did the work. But after a half of year, once I wanted to switch to reverse from the 2nd range, it showed the arrow on the display but it didn't move. And from that moment, the 1st range forward didn't move as well (but I can choose them, only the machine stays in place). So was the stand for a while. And once, the 2nd range clutch didn't turn off and I couldn't escape the 2nd range, I applied the brake, the engine stopped working and ok. After restart and a short while of working on the field the problem repeated and after this moment, I can't escape from the 2nd range. The 2nd range works (1 - 8 speed), but I cannot change to 3rd range (I can see the 3 on the display, the tractor twitchs and stay at place) and I cannot change from the 3rd range back to 2nd range (I can see the 2 on the display, the tractor twitchs and after this neither the 2nd range works). I cannot change to the 1st range, the tractor doesn't move, the same with reverse. I can only forwards and only in 2nd range. But on the display is everything fine, I can see the chosen range and the chosen direction. Only the tractor isn't moving...
And, when the transmission oil temperature betwenn cca 20 - 45 °C is, the tractor starts with 3rd range and doesn't move. I have to wait to let the oil cool down and then I can start.
We have tested the solenoides, we have tested some sensors, everything okay. After I change from 2nd range to 3rd range, two transmission errors occure - 5103 and 5107.
Today we switched some valves (2nd range with PS2-1, 3rd range with PS2-2) and no change in behaviour but at now, a new error code 5071 appears. But no one touched the 3rd/4th position sensor, the cable is plugged and seems ok...
I really don't know more what to do.
Thank you for any idea... !

No real help, but the transmission are a weak spot on these. The 165 in work been rebuilt twice so far, but has been worked hard in the past. Clutch packs are week points.

Despite this its a really comfy and easy tractor to operate, and everyone will chose the xtx over the MF6480 that we also have. The XTX front suspension is far superior to the Fergie’s

Hope you get it sorted without parting with too many beer tokens.

Thank you. We have no new progress but I think about it if it could be the valves of the powershifts? The PS-4? I don't know exactly what they are doing, if they could be the reason for these problems...
