We’re having problems with the above, it starts wrapping but only gets so far before quitting, can stop beginning middle or near end of cycle, then it comes out of auto mode. Any ideas?
Sounds electrical to me, have you checked all the wires?
Check you have 12 v going to the box if there coupled to the tractor battery check for corrosion, give it all a good clean, it should give you the voltage readout on the box.
Sounds stupid but try removing the flashing beacon first as they can play hell with the electrics on older machines and wrapper works fine without but put markers and cones around to fulfill H&S requirements
Had this with a 995 LSR and drove me to despair and simply removed beacon and all the ghosts left the machine
Disconnected beacon, voltage remains good all the way through but still knocking itself out of auto. The lower bed button doesn’t seem to be working on the box, raise works fine, wonder if that’s involved?
Mine often does this where the multiplugs join on the cables. There’s 3 plugs and it often needs wd40 sprayed onto the pins and plug holes as it corrodes
