Merlo 40.7 check valves

What check valve(s) do I need to stop my grabs opening and closing on gravity? Dont really know hydraulics tbh.
I assume a 2 way valve??

Thanks v much. What kind of flow would I need? The max? 100l/min?
3/8 bsp about the right size?
I would need 2?

3/8 are fine on the attachments I have here, you need one on each grab, they are double acting valves.

Do I need one on each pipe? To stop it opening as well as closing?

No way the spool block or hoses would flow anything like 150l / min to the auxilary's though.
