Merlo p40.7 solenoid?

Are these solenoids anything to do with forward and reverse? There’s a smell of burning of one of them and my machine will only go backwards when it suits itself?

Also when I select either forward or reverse a buzzer sounds constantly in the cab this morning it will only go back but hard to get it forward

Those solenoids are 1st and 2nd gear, diff lock and hand brake
Forward and reverse are on the hydrostatic pump under the bonnet.
What error code is on the transmission controller behind the seat

Sorry where do I find the transmission controller?? The diff lock has been getting stuck on intermittently so I presume it’s the solenoid that the burning smell is out off?

Take the panel off behind the seat and from memory the controller is in there
Black box with 4 lights on it 2 green 1 orange and 1 red
