Messages from the RPA

I have had an email this morning saying that I have 27 meassages from the RPA, I have found 2, any idea what this is about - is it just a change in their messaging system?

I got a message on there system saying they’ve changed the they can message. They have also changed the look of the main page where you make a claim/view land entitements etc, looks better just as easy to use but loads of my info has vanished again !.
where you can click on summery to view an application my entire 2019 one has gone its just not there !.

I always panic when I see I've got a message from the RPA. I think to myself "sh!t, they're writing to tell me I've filled in my claim form wrong and will lose all my sub!"

We had an email saying we had 19 messages but there was only the one 'unread' on the login I use. We put it down to having more than one login to the business; one isn't used very often so had built up lots of unread messages. For some reason, that's the address they emailed to.

I had same email saying I had 3 messages I don’t even have an RPA log in too my knowledge ?

Ahhh thankfully we aren't the only ones ....can't get onto their website and tried ringing . I was 11th in the queue and was told it was a 28 min wait so rang off . Sounds like the 'messages' aren't important .

Its only a message to say they are changing the way they message! Looked the same to me.
Also if you are a company with x number of directors, each director gets the identical email sent to the company email address, hence "you have X number of emails".

My wife had 27 unread messages, she has full access as a partner but has never logged ont the site so the number is going to keep rising! They are all duplicated to me as well so I don’t know why they bother.

I had one message to say they will send me messages. But I have had messages before on that system, so what’s new? It seemed a bit bizarre.
