Metal Detecting permission, South Leicestershire

Hi there,

My name is Andy Woodier from Lutterworth in South Leicestershire. I have recently taken to the hobby of metal detecting. I'm keen to find and learn more about our fascinating history amidst the lands around where I live. There must be some fabulous historic artifacts left by our ancestors.

I am fully insured by the NCDM and will fully respect the land I detect on. I would never leave any hole unfilled and would always cut neat plugs and place back. You'll not even be able to tell anything was dug.

I will also collect any rubbish or potentially damaging metal away off site and dispose of it. I love and respect the countryside. I'm also willing to look for any personal effects that you may have lost.

All finds would be reported back to the owner at an agreed upon interval and any funds deemed worth over £100 would be split 50/50 if agreed.

I'm a trust worthy worth person and happy to answer any questions or provide any character references on request.

If you'd be willing to allow me access to any land you own I'd me extremely grateful.

Many thanks for reading.

Regards

Andy
