Metal Detectorist in Norfolk/Suffolk

Good evening everyone. My name is Matthew from Lowestoft, Suffolk. I enjoy the hobby of Metal Detecting, but unfortunately, at present, I have no land permissions and tied to beach detecting only.

I have come to the forums today to introduce myself and hope that possibly there is a kind farmer in the area that might be willing to grant me (and my 4yr old son possibly if OK) permission to Metal Detect on any fields that they may own.

I am fully insured with the NCMD. I am a responsible detectorist that will abide by all rules layed out by the land owner and fill all dug holes.

Please contact me by email: [email protected] or on the forum, if this might be something that you could offer. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and hope to speak soon.

Just to follow up on my original post. I am of course happy to meet with any farmers prior to any permissions given. I'm a friendly guy that gets along with everyone :) I am also of course willing to return the favour of the permission in the way of regular bottles of your favourite tipple, or payment of cash or my services as an IT Professional. I do not expect anything for nothing :)

An amazing find from Lisa and Adam that's for sure. I'm sure there are lots of items still to be found in the Norfolk/Suffolk area.

It wasn`t just them that found it, but that`s a whole back story that the other finders want kept quiet.
Funnily enough I was out with them last weekend in Essex. They didn`t do any detecting. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

haha, Yes. I did hear they said in an interview there was a 3rd person. Great find none-the-less. I'll just be happy to have a bit of land to go on myself :)
