Evening folks, just wondering if anyone on here knows of or has wheels weights to suit our 265, she’s on 30inch rear wheels
My sore back is an expert on lifting the feckin things.@Dave W is the resident MF wheel weight expert
He mainly wants the weight for when he’s ploughing as she is short of grip, and water filling would work but a pain to let water out when we go into the bog for topping etcWould water loading the tyres be any help ? personally I,v never been a fan of weight on or in the back wheels simply because the front axle is still the fulcrum, a cement weight on the arms would be my way BUT thats only if you dont need the trailer with you as well.
Will look into them, wouldn’t that add slightly over a tonne to her?Could you get a set of PAVT wheels for your 265 think they came in about 12cwt each, must be a few at breakers.
Or a set of 12x36 rims and tyresI'd suggest worse case senecio you will have to drill a few holes either in rims or weights to suit
How does that help? ?Or a set of 12x36 rims and tyres
I have a few sets here
how far apart are the holes
no Idea what they fitDo they only fit 30 inch
Just checked there now and they are 13 and a quarter inchesI have a few sets here
how far apart are the holes
Should do, same height as 16.9 34, which according to my measurements fit, I will know for sure once I get round to swapping them overDoes anyone know if 13.6x38 will fit a 265?
